Oenothera pallida is placed in the Onagraceae family and is commonly known as the Pale Evening Primrose, White Buttercup or Sundrops. It is a striking perennial! It has beautiful blossoms that are similar in appearance to the buttercup! This wildflower gives off a sweet fragrance and can be used as a drought tolerant groundcover. This perennial grows 25cm to 45cm in height, should be spaced 25cm to 40cm apart and be positioned in a sunny area where it will bloom during late summer.
