Otholobium is a genus of legume in the Fabaceae family.

Otholobium spicatum is a South African endemic species from the Western Cape Province. It is a tangled shrub, growing to 1.5m tall with tri-foliate leaves and showy white & violet pea like flowers in spring. It is synonymously known as Psoralea spicata and commonly known as Candle Hook-leaved Pea in English and Langaar-vlieëkeurtjie in Afrikaans.
