Kalanchoe also written Kalanchöe or Kalanchoë, is a genus of about 125 species of tropical, succulent flowering plants in the Family Crassulaceae.

Kalanchoe crenata is a branching and shrub-like succulent from Africa that has leaves that are scalloped at the edges. The leaves can either be green with reddish margins or almost totally reddish. These are attractive and easy to keep plants that go well in pots or in rockeries or even borders. It will produce a long flower stalk with small, bell-like, yellow flowers.
