Bobartia parva, commonly known as Mini Rushiris, is range-restricted species of the Langeberg Mountains above Swellendam, where it occurs between Montagu and Lemoenshoek in the Western Cape of South Africa occurring on moist mountain slopes in fynbos, at high altitude. From spring to summer it produces magnificent striking large yellow flowers.
