Tricalysia is a genus of plants in family Rubiaceae. It contains some 79 to 96 species.

Tricalysia junodii var kirkii is a South African indigenous species from the Limpopo Province. Tricalysia junodii var kirkii grows into a shrub or small tree of up to 3 meters tall. It has elliptic hairy dark green leaves. From spring to summer it bears white bell-shaped sweetly scented flowers.
