Ruschiella is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Aizoaceae. Its native range is South African Republic.

Ruschiella henricii, synonymously known as Lampranthus henricii, Lampranthus mariae, Mesembryanthemum henricii and Mesembryanthemum mariae, is a South African endemic species from the Western Cape province. It forms an erect, stiffly branched succulent subshrub that grows to 20cm tall. It is native to the winter rainfall areas and bears bright pink flowers from late winter to spring.
