Anginon is a genus of flowering plant in the Apiaceae, with 12 species. It is endemic to southern Africa.

Anginon fruticosum is a South African endemic species found in the Northern Cape and Western Cape Provinces. Anginon fruticosum forms a rigid stiff-leaved shrub up to 3 meter tall. The leaves are pungent and during summer it bears umbels of flowers.
